Manchester United will be looking to move on after back-to-back defeats when they play Manchester City in the FA Cup on Sunday.
Holders City will be without the Toure brothers, Yaya and Kolo, as they join the Ivory Coast team in preparation for the Africa Cup of Nations.
United manager Sir Alex Ferguson will also be missing players, with the Red Devils still without the likes of Nemanja Vidic, Ashley Young and Jonny Evans.
But the injury crisis looks to be improving and Ferguson believes they have a good enough squad to take to Etihad Stadium.
There s enough experienced players there anyway in this squad to cope with a really difficult tie on Sunday, Ferguson said.
I always say about the FA Cup, a home draw I would always take anyone in a home draw, the advantage is with City in terms of the home draw, but it s a cup tie and it s a local derby and anything can happen in these games.
City silenced Old Trafford with a stunning display the last time these sides met, winning 6-1 to subject Ferguson to his worst ever defeat as United manager.
Roberto Mancinci s side are top of the Premier League, but are also looking to defend their FA Cup crown.
This is the FA Cup and it is important for us. Last year we won it and we want to reach the final if possible, Mancini said.
This will be a difficult game. It is a derby, which are always difficult, but at the moment it may be even more difficult because they are angry after two defeats. I think that they are very strong after a defeat. For this reason I think it will be a very tough game.
Meanwhile, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has confirmed Thierry Henry will play a part in Arsenal s FA Cup tie with Leeds United on Monday.
Henry s short-term loan deal from the New York Red Bulls was completed on Friday.
The Frenchman scored 226 goals in 369 appearances in his first spell in north London, helping Arsenal win two Premier League titles and three FA Cups.
Everybody is happy that he joined the team. We haven t put too much emphasis on that though, Wenger said.
Everybody is happy he has joined us and he can help on and off the pitch but he s a football player so you want him to help especially on the pitch. We have a good spirit in the side.
He will add something more experience-wise and on the nervy side as well when we re under a bit of pressure. It s a good addition because he knows the club and he knows the league and it s only positive.
Since leaving the Gunners, Henry enjoyed a successful spell at Barcelona – winning two league titles and the UEFA Champions League in 2009 – before moving to the USA.
