Juventus are closely monitoring the progress of Heerenveen star Filip Djuricic.
The 20-year-old has been in fine form this season, netting eight times in 30 Eredivisie appearances, and his good performances have not gone unnoticed in Turin, according to Goal.com.
The Bianconeri have scouted the attacking midfielder on a number of occasions in the 2011-12 campaign, and have received nothing but positive reports about Djuricic.
However, Juventus face stiff competition in the race for the 20-year-old s services as he has also caught the attention of clubs such as Napoli, Lazio, Borussia Dortmund, Arsenal and Manchester United.
Djuricic had a trial period at Manchester United in 2009, but a transfer to Old Trafford did not materialise at the time.
The Premier League side have continued to follow him since, though, and are impressed with his progress this season.
The Serbia international has a contract with Heerenveen until the summer of 2014, but recently stated that he feels ready to make the next step in his career at the end of the current season.
Djuricic s preferred destination is Spain, but the youngster is unlikely to turn down the chance to play in Serie A, the Bundesliga or the Premier League if the right club comes along.
Heerenveen are keen to hold on to the attacking midfielder for at least one more season, but they are believed to be willing to open talks if a good offer comes in.
